Old Guy Yoga: Where Mind and Body Meet

What is Yoga...

  • We believe that everything we do is "Yoga." It’s not just about physical poses, but about living in alignment with our values—mindfulness, connection, and well-being. Our approach to yoga is diverse, dynamic, and designed to meet you where you are, whether you're seeking physical challenge, emotional healing, or community connection.
  • Honoring Our Roots: In every class, we express deep gratitude to the Indigenous peoples of the land we occupy, as well as to Black and Brown communities, the original creators of this practice. This acknowledgment is not for lip service; it is a commitment to honor, respect, and uplift the ancestors whose wisdom and resilience continue to shape our practice. We invite our students to move beyond acknowledgment and into a space of loving action—embracing these teachings as part of our shared responsibility for healing and justice.
  • Community-Centered Sessions:More than just a workout, these classes are about building connection and creating space for meaningful interaction. We foster a sense of belonging where participants can share, learn, and grow together.  

Our Offerings

  • Asana-Focused Practices: These classes delve deeply into physical postures, promoting strength, flexibility, and awareness of the body. Each movement is an opportunity to connect with your breath and cultivate presence. 
  • Studio & Public Space Offerings: We offer a variety of classes, from intimate in-studio sessions to those designed to disrupt and inspire in public spaces. Yoga can happen anywhere—our outdoor and community-based classes bring the practice to life in new, exciting ways. 
  • Inclusive and Welcoming Atmosphere: Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, we’re glad to have you with us. Each class is designed to make you feel supported, encouraged, and empowered, no matter your level of experience, body or ability in which you arrive.
